- Itemised price and services
- Your quote identifies the unit, its VAT-inclusive price and what is included. Transport, assembly and removal of your old sofa are agreed before ordering.
- 3-year warranty
- For manufacturing defects, subject to the applicable terms. We review the unit’s condition with you and record it in the sales documentation.
- Delivery arranged with you
- The displayed sofa is already made. We confirm its availability, access to your home and the delivery date before completing the purchase.

Are these discontinued models?
The displayed unit is sold as we refresh the showroom. The model may still be part of the collection; we confirm this for each unit.
Can I change the size or fabric?
The ex-display price applies to the existing configuration. For another size or upholstery, ask about the model’s made-to-order options and a personalised quote.
How do I confirm the purchase?
First we confirm the available unit, its condition, price and services. We then provide the quote and reservation and payment terms for you to review before accepting.
